Ghulam Ali Sahab : Live in Concert

Imagine Events presents Ghulam Ali Sahab live in concert at Palace Grounds Bangalore.

GHULAM ALI - a voice heard in many parts of the world, has truly proved the dictum that music has no boundaries. The maestro's, tutelage under his guru Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan ads meaning to his name as well.

Along with singing ghazals, Ghulam Ali composes music for his ghazals too. His compositions are raaga-based and sometimes include a scientific mixture of raagas. The ghazal maestro in all humility admits, "music is all Allah's, not mine. I am still a student." The badshah's shaam-e-ghazal and hits such as Chupke Chupke, Kal Chaudhivi Ki Raat Thi, Dil Mein Ik Lahar Si Utthi and other evergreen hits fills concert halls all over the world

Behind that serious visage, Ghulam Ali sure has a sense of humour, that keeps audience amused and a patient translation, at times of some of the Urdu words, Ghulam Ali announced that the audience should listen to his Farmayeesh first before they asked for their own. Ghulam Ali Sahab is rightly called the King of Ghazals.
